🫁 Breathing Exercise

When life pushes hard, your breath can pull you back. Use this 5-minute practice to calm your body, clear your mind, and reset your energy.


Step 1: The Grounding Breath (2 Minutes)

·      Sit with both feet flat on the floor.

·      Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts.

·      Hold for 4 counts.

·      Breathe out slowly through your mouth for 6 counts.

·      Repeat for 2 minutes. Feel your body drop into the chair.


Step 2: Foot Reflex Point Reset (3 Minutes)

·      Find the reflex point in the middle of your foot arch (about 1 thumb’s width below the ball of the foot).

·      Press gently with your thumb in small circles for 1 minute per foot.

·      As you press, continue breathing slowly.

·      Focus on releasing tension through your feet.
